UCAN Realty Group is hiring and looking for agents to join our team. We are seeking highly motivated individuals that want to earn a minimum of six figures a year and are willing to learn new skills and get uncomfortable to accomplish this. Real estate is a sales job and we have the right systems, tools, technology and leads to help you achieve success in this sales career, but you have to make the commitment to learn and grow in order to achieve it. Team Agent Requirements:
Must have an open mindset and a desire to learn and grow
Must join Realty ONE Group Prosper if not already an agent with the brokerage
Attend weekly team meetings - Mondays, 9am at the Austin Office
Prospecting time at the office- three days a week from 9-11am (one of these days can be right after the team meetings on Mondays)
Attend the company meetings monthly
Attend 80% of all team social events/gatherings/trainings/client appreciation events
Must input all sales efforts in our system: Follow Up Boss
Must hold a minimum of 2 open houses per month (unless obtained two executed sales contracts the month prior)
Must be a team player with a can do attitude
Willingness to be on video and post these on social media platforms
Our objective is to assist you in acquiring the necessary abilities to transform leads into buyer consultations and listing appointments.
Our aim is for you to engage in at least one buyer consultation per week or listing appointment per week at a minimum.
Our target is to secure 1-2 buyers from the 4-5 monthly buyer consultations, resulting in contracts each month.
The minimum target for your first year is 12 contracts.
By the end of the second year, the realtor should be averaging 24 contracts per year.

The third and subsequent will be paid on a 60/40 basis
Team will pay the $500 Annual Dispute Resolution Fee for the agent
Team will pay the $120 monthly fee charged by brokerage for the agent
